Los Angeles is not one event market, it is a dozen. A Malibu bluff wedding, a Century City client reception, a Culver City wrap party and a backyard birthday in Pasadena all need the same thing — licensed, insured bartenders who arrive with everything and leave with everything — but they need it under completely different conditions. We built La Barra Co. as a mobile service precisely because there is no single venue that covers this county. We come to you.
Every Los Angeles booking is all-inclusive. One price covers the portable bar and its styling, full glassware, the complete ice program, premium mixers and sodas, fresh-cut garnish, a printed cocktail menu, RBS-certified and $2M-insured bartenders, and full setup and breakdown. The only thing you buy separately is the alcohol, at retail, in your own name — which is legal in California, materially cheaper than a caterer's bar package, and means unopened bottles go back to the store.
Our LA calendar splits roughly in half. Weddings and private celebrations run the Westside and the beach cities — Malibu, Bel Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo — where the venue is usually somebody's home or a bluff with a view and no infrastructure. The corporate half concentrates in Century City, Downtown, Culver City and El Segundo, where the work is post-conference receptions, firm holiday parties, product launches, board dinners and client entertainment inside office towers and campuses that need a certificate of insurance before they need a bartender. We handle the paperwork side of that without being asked.
Working across LA County means load-in is the real job. Downtown means freight elevators, booked docks and building management. Malibu and the canyons mean narrow driveways and no parking. Studio lots mean drive-on passes and badge registration. Beach cities mean wind, sand and permits. We plan all of it in the week before the event rather than discovering it on the day, and we quote travel within LA County as included so the number you are given is the number you pay.
All-inclusive pricing. You supply the alcohol at retail; we bring everything else. Gratuity is appreciated but never required and never added to your invoice.

No. Travel within Los Angeles County is included in the quoted price. We disclose any building dock or parking fee at cost before you book.
Yes. Roughly half our Los Angeles calendar is weddings and private parties, the other half corporate receptions, launches and holiday parties.
Weddings: six to nine months. Corporate events: four to six weeks. Holiday season books out by early October.
Every bartender is RBS-certified and we carry $2M liability insurance. We provide the certificate of insurance to venues and building management on request.
