Thirty floors of law firms, agencies and funds — and a bar service that knows how to load in through a tower loading dock at 4pm on a Thursday.
Century City runs on hosted meetings. A closing dinner in a partner suite, a client reception on the 30th floor, a firm holiday party in a private dining room, a fund's annual investor evening — the calendar here is corporate, and it is scheduled to the minute. We build our Century City service around that reality: certificate of insurance sent to building management before you ask, a load-in window agreed with the dock, and a bar that is standing, stocked and pouring the moment the first guest walks off the elevator.
Most of our Century City work is post-conference receptions, tech and media launches, board dinners and client entertainment for firms based in the towers along Avenue of the Stars and Constellation Boulevard. Guest counts usually land between forty and a hundred and fifty, service windows are short and sharp, and nobody wants a line. We staff for throughput, not for show — two bartenders on a hundred guests means a drink in hand inside ninety seconds.
These are the Century City spaces and property types we work most often. If yours is not listed we almost certainly still cover it — send us the address and we will confirm access, power and load-in before you book.
Corporate hosting has different failure points than a wedding. Ours are solved before the day: we send the certificate of insurance and RBS documentation to your building or facilities contact, we arrive in business-appropriate uniform, and we run a drink-ticket or open-bar system exactly as your finance team wants it recorded. For firm holiday parties we scale up glassware and ice rather than cutting the menu, and for board dinners and small client entertainment we go the other way — one bartender, a tight list of two signatures plus wine and a proper zero-proof pour, and no visual clutter in a room where people are still working.
All-inclusive pricing for Century City events. You supply the alcohol at retail; we bring everything else. Gratuity is appreciated but never required and never added to your invoice.
These are founding client rates — deliberately below what established Century City bar services charge, because we are building our calendar right now. Request your exact number in under a minute.
Every Century City booking is all-inclusive. One price, one vendor, nothing to rent separately:
The only thing you buy separately is the alcohol — at retail, in your name, with unopened bottles returnable at most California stores. That is the entire reason our Century City clients spend less than they would on a caterer's bar package.
“They handled our floor's holiday party for a hundred and twenty people and the building never once had to chase them for paperwork. Setup was done before our first guests came up, the line never got longer than two people, and everything was struck and gone by ten. That is exactly what I needed.”

Yes. Send us your building contact and we submit the certificate of insurance and load-in request directly to facilities.
Yes. Most Century City events we work are two to three hour weekday receptions, and we plan setup around your dock window.
Tell us the date and the guest count and you will have a real price the same day — not a brochure, not a callback next week.
