Orange County hosts more events per square mile than anywhere else we work, and almost none of them happen in a place with a bar. Backyards in Irvine and Mission Viejo, harbour-side homes in Newport, corporate courtyards in Aliso Viejo, showrooms in Costa Mesa, and the enormous run of weddings and quinceañeras that fill every weekend from April through October. All of it needs a bar that arrives complete and leaves nothing behind.
Our Orange County service is all-inclusive: portable bar and styling, glassware, ice program, premium mixers, fresh garnish, printed menu, RBS-certified and insured bartenders, setup and full breakdown. You buy the alcohol yourself at retail — legal, cheaper, and returnable if unopened. That single structural difference is why OC clients routinely tell us our number came in below every full-service caterer they spoke to.
The OC calendar has two engines. Weddings and family celebrations run through the residential south and the coast — Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Mission Viejo and Irvine — where guest counts of a hundred to a hundred and eighty in a backyard are completely normal, and where the bar is the single biggest bottleneck risk of the night. The corporate engine runs through Costa Mesa, Aliso Viejo, Irvine and Anaheim: post-conference receptions, sales kickoff closing nights, holiday parties, tech and consumer product launches, board dinners and client entertainment. Corporate clients get company invoicing, a W-9 and a certificate of insurance filed with property management before load-in.
Two things break an Orange County bar: the guest surge after the ceremony, and running out of ice at hour three. We solve both by quoting for volume rather than trimming the drink list — more ice, more glassware, and a second service point once you cross about a hundred and twenty guests. Our setups are fully self-contained, so a backyard with no outdoor sink and one accessible outlet is not a problem, and a corporate courtyard with a fire-lane restriction gets a bar footprint that fits. Every bartender is bilingual, which matters a great deal at OC family events.
