Full-service corporate bartending across OC — office receptions in Irvine, product launches in Costa Mesa, holiday parties at Fashion Island restaurants. W-9, compliance paperwork, net-terms invoicing. All-inclusive from $795.
Corporate bar service in Orange County looks like LA on the surface and runs very differently once facilities, procurement and HR get involved. Three OC-specific realities decide whether your event goes smoothly: the Class-A building compliance stack (compliance paperwork formatting, additional-RBS-certified naming, loading-dock windows), the two-sided "corporate" market split between tech/finance in Irvine and consumer brands in Costa Mesa, and the Fashion Island / South Coast restaurant-privates loophole that lets company dinners run with an outside bar at a flat room fee. We built our OC corporate operation around those three.
Compliance first. Spectrum Center, Park Place, 1 Hughes and the rest of the OC Class-A inventory all want the same five documents before they let a bar vendor into the elevator: current compliance paperwork with the specific building listed as vendor file, W-9 under the exact legal entity the invoice is going to, driver's licenses on file, dock reservation 48 hours ahead, and bartender RBS certifications. We keep those pre-filed. If your facilities contact asks for a "venue packet" we send one before the kickoff call.
The two-sided market matters because it changes what the bar actually serves. Irvine tech launches skew toward craft N/A, mezcal and signature-cocktail-of-the-brand programs; Costa Mesa consumer-brand activations lean on branded glassware, Instagram-ready pours, and a photographer-friendly bar top. Our prep for one is not the prep for the other — the brief question we ask on the first call is "who is this event for, your clients or your employees?" because the answer changes the menu.
The restaurant-private loophole is the quiet one. A ten-person board dinner at CUCINA enoteca at Fashion Island, Vaca in Costa Mesa, or the private rooms at Marche Moderne — all of these allow an outside bar team to run the drink program for a flat room fee, often cheaper than the restaurant's wine-list markup. Companies that figure this out save several thousand dollars per quarter on hospitality. We walk you through which restaurants on your shortlist allow it.
If your event is on this list, we have run one like it in OC recently and the compliance paperwork is already drafted.
Three all-inclusive tiers. Every tier covers the mobile bar, premium mixers, full glassware (branded on request), the ice program, fresh-cut garnish, printed cocktail menu, RBS-certified bartenders, and setup and breakdown within the dock window. Alcohol is the only line you buy separately — at retail, under the company's name — which is why this costs less than the catering bar at a resort.
Travel inside Orange County is included in every corporate quote. These are the OC markets most of our weeknight corporate calendar runs through:
Every OC corporate booking is a full-service engagement with all compliance paperwork handled. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice.
Yes. We issue a company invoice with a W-9 and the compliance documentation attached, and offer Net 15 or Net 30 to recurring corporate clients once we have run one event together. First-time bookings go on a 50% deposit, balance due day-of or on net terms by prior agreement.
Most OC Class-A buildings do, with a RBS and compliance paperwork. We have active COIs on file at Spectrum Center, Park Place in Irvine, 1 Hughes, and several Fashion Island restaurant-privates. If your building needs a new compliance paperwork we issue it the same business day.
Yes. OC corporate events almost always run on one of three structures: (1) hosted-open-bar for a fixed window, (2) drink-ticket cap at a set per-guest number, (3) hybrid — hosted beer/wine with a cash call-brand. We report the actual pour count on the invoice at close.
Yes. Product launches and brand activations are a recurring piece of our OC calendar — typically at Spectrum Center office receptions, Irvine Business Complex pop-ups, Costa Mesa SOCO showrooms, and the Fashion Island / South Coast Plaza restaurant privates. We handle signature-cocktail development, branded menu printing, and custom glassware on request.
We are typically fully struck and out of the building within 40 minutes of last call. For dock-only buildings we pre-book the loading window with facilities, so the cart is on the dock before the janitorial crew needs the service elevator.
Tell us the building, the headcount and the date and you will have a real price the same business day — not a brochure, not a callback next week.
