San Diego is our second home market and the one with the widest spread of event types. In a single season we work coastal weddings in La Jolla and Coronado, ranch weddings in Rancho Santa Fe, convention receptions downtown, biotech and defense company parties in Sorrento Valley and UTC, and backyard celebrations from Point Loma to Chula Vista. What all of them share is a shortage of licensed, insured bar staff who show up on time and bring everything with them.
Our San Diego service is all-inclusive by design. One price covers the portable bar, full glassware, the ice program, premium mixers, fresh garnish, a printed cocktail menu, RBS-certified and insured bartenders, and complete setup and breakdown. You buy the alcohol yourself, at retail, in your own name — which is legal, cheaper, and lets you pour what you actually want instead of what a caterer stocks. Unopened bottles are returnable at most California retailers, so over-buying is not a real risk.

Roughly two thirds of our San Diego calendar is weddings. The pattern is consistent: a beautiful outdoor site, no bar infrastructure, and a couple who has been quoted an alarming number by a full-service caterer. We come in all-inclusive, work with the couple on a short menu they will actually recognise at their own wedding, and staff so the cocktail hour does not turn into a queue. The other third is corporate — post-conference receptions, holiday parties, product launches, board dinners and client entertainment — which we run with certificates of insurance filed in advance, company invoicing, and a hard, clean breakdown. Both halves get the same phone number, answered by the founder.
