Rancho Santa Fe is estate-wedding country. Most of what we do here happens on private property: a ceremony under the oaks, dinner on a terrace, and a bar that has to look like it was always part of the house. There is usually no venue coordinator and no loading dock, so we run the logistics ourselves — gate access, power, water, breakdown window, all confirmed before the week of.
Beyond weddings we work Covenant anniversary dinners, milestone birthdays, equestrian-event receptions, charity gatherings and holiday hosting across Fairbanks Ranch, The Crosby, Cielo and Del Rayo. An RSF estate wedding has no back-of-house, so the bar has to be self-contained and finished on all four sides. We bring our own ice program, glassware, premium mixers and fresh garnish, build in a position that keeps the service line out of the ceremony sightline, and add a satellite station once you cross 120 guests. The dry-hire model matters more here than almost anywhere: you buy the tequila, the champagne and the wine you actually want at retail, return what stays sealed, and pay us only for people and equipment.
