Beachfront ceremonies, Village porches and Cays waterfront decks. Coronado is a destination — we make the bar feel local.
Coronado is a destination wedding island, which changes how we plan. Guests fly in, the weekend runs Friday to Sunday, and there are usually three separate moments needing a bar: a welcome reception, the wedding itself, and a farewell brunch. Booking them together on one contract is almost always cheaper than treating them as three events.
Locally we work Village homes with their signature porches, waterfront decks in the Coronado Cays, Shores condo terraces and Country Club-area residences. Milestone birthdays, retirement parties, military promotion and retirement celebrations, and holiday hosting fill out the rest of the calendar.
These are the Coronado venues and property types we set up at most often. If yours is not listed, we almost certainly still cover it — send us the address and we will confirm access, power and load-in before you book.
Coronado beach weddings mean sand, breeze and a ceremony-to-cocktail transition on foot. We set the bar at the reception site well before the ceremony starts, use weighted bases and covered garnish for anything within reach of the wind, and open the moment guests arrive from the sand. For destination weekends we can staff Friday's welcome party and Sunday's brunch on the same booking with the same team, so your out-of-town guests get consistent service across three days. Everything is all-inclusive except the alcohol, which you buy at retail — a meaningful saving when you are already paying island rates for the venue.
All-inclusive pricing for Coronado events. You supply the alcohol at retail; we bring everything else. Gratuity is appreciated but never required and never added to your invoice.
These are founding client rates — deliberately below what established Coronado bar services charge, because we are building our calendar right now. Request your exact number in under a minute.
Every Coronado booking is all-inclusive. One price, one vendor, nothing to rent separately:
The only thing you buy separately is the alcohol — at retail, in your name, with unopened bottles returnable at most California stores. That is the entire reason our Coronado clients spend less than they would on a caterer's bar package.
“We flew in from Denver and had them cover the Friday welcome party and the Saturday reception. Same crew both nights, which our guests noticed. Beach ceremony, quick walk to the reception, and the bar was already pouring. They made a logistically complicated weekend feel simple.”
