Every rate is published, and there are four packages sized by guest count and service length.
Intimate — $795. 30 to 50 guests, 3 hours, 1 bartender, a 6-foot portable bar, 2 signature cocktails plus a classics menu. Signature — $1,495. 60 to 100 guests, 4 hours, 2 bartenders, an 8-foot bar with backdrop, 4 signature cocktails, fresh-pressed juices and printed menu cards. Premier — $1,950. 100 to 150 guests, 4 hours, 2 bartenders working a double service point so there is no queue. Grand — $2,795. 150 to 200 guests, 5 hours, 3 bartenders and a 12-foot double bar.
Every package includes the bartenders, the bar setup, all mixers, garnish, the ice program, glassware, custom menu design, full setup and complete breakdown. Travel is included within your package radius — 25 miles on Intimate, 50 on Signature and Premier, 75 on Grand — and beyond that we add $2 per round-trip mile, quoted upfront.
Gratuity is appreciated but never required and never added to your invoice. What you see quoted is what you pay. If another quote doesn't spell out gratuity, setup and breakdown, and travel in writing, ask before you sign.
