The full answer

A 30% deposit reserves your date — that is what takes it off the calendar for everyone else. The balance is due 7 days before your event.

On cancellations: more than 30 days out, you receive a full deposit refund. 14 to 30 days out, you receive a 50% refund. Inside 14 days the deposit is non-refundable, because by then we have turned down other events for your date and ordered your specific ingredients.

On gratuity: it is appreciated but never required and never automatically added to your invoice. What you see quoted is what you pay.

If another mobile bar's quote doesn't spell out gratuity, setup and breakdown, and travel in writing, ask before you sign. “All-inclusive” rarely is.
