Mobile bar with two stations: a Mexican cocktail menu for the parents, tíos and abuelos, and a dedicated mocktail bar for the chambelanes, damas and under-21 cousins. Bilingual RBS-certified bartenders. From $795 across LA County — East LA, Boyle Heights, Huntington Park, Downey, Montebello.
A quinceañera is three different events happening in one room at once. Grandparents and parents want traditional Mexican cocktails — Palomas, margaritas, mezcal, a shot of tequila for the brindis. The chambelanes, damas and under-21 cousins want something that photographs like a cocktail but is a mocktail. The quinceañera herself has her own moment. Running one bar for all three audiences is why most Los Angeles mobile bars quietly turn down quinceañeras: a single bartender who serves both minors and adults from the same station is a California ABC compliant waiting to happen, and nobody wants to be the service that got a tía in trouble.
Our model separates it. Adult cocktail bar on one side, dedicated mocktail bar on the other, two bilingual bartenders who know both menus, physical distance between the stations, ID-checking at the adult bar as a matter of policy — not an upsell. The California ABC compliant insurance protects the family. The under-21 cousins get the same photographable drink as their mom. The abuelo gets his Paloma without having to translate the order.
The same four tiers as every La Barra Co. event, adapted for quinceañeras. The mocktail bar station and bilingual staff are not add-ons — they are standard on every quinceañera booking.

The adult cocktail menu is tequila-forward because that is what the parents, tíos and abuelos drink. We staff for 60-70% tequila on the adult bar at a traditional quinceañera, with Palomas and margaritas running first and shots of mezcal appearing after midnight. The full standard menu:
Full cocktail-matching detail is in our Latino drinks menu for quinceañeras and adult birthdays, and the Spanish-language version is at bar latino para quinceañera adulta.
Quinceañeras run a tighter timeline than weddings. We coordinate directly with the DJ, MC or coordinator so the bar is in the right mode at every milestone.
We work quinceañeras all over Los Angeles County. The neighborhoods we are in most weekends:
Travel inside Los Angeles County is included. For venues in Orange County, Inland Empire or San Diego, a flat travel fee is disclosed on the quote — never a per-mile surprise.
A recent Downey quinceañera: 140 guests, 5 hours (6 PM to 11 PM), home backyard with a rented tent, Signature package stepped up with an extra bartender for the mocktail station. Adult bar ran Palomas and margaritas heavy; mocktail bar ran Jamaica Fizz and horchata float heavy. Alcohol run was about $1,300 at Food 4 Less for the beer and Costco for the tequila, with 14 unopened bottles returned to Costco the next day for roughly $280 back. Total event alcohol spend: $1,020. Total bar cost (Signature plus extra bartender): $1,795. The caterer quote the family received before finding us was $5,900 for the same event with no mocktail bar.
Quinceañeras typically land in the Signature package at $1,495 because the guest count sits between 100 and 150, two stations are needed, and bilingual service is standard. Intimate fits a 60-80 guest backyard quince. Grand is for the 150+ guest formats with a full tornaboda hour. See full package detail at the pricing page.
21 and over, no exceptions, including at family celebrations. Every La Barra Co. bartender is RBS-certified (California Responsible Beverage Service) and California ABC compliant. We ID-check at the adult bar as a matter of policy, not an upsell. Our California ABC compliant insurance protects the family from any serve-to-minor claim.
Yes. At the adult bar, every pour is ID-checked. The mocktail bar is a separate station with no spirits anywhere near it — chambelanes, damas and under-21 guests order from the mocktail bar directly, and they do not need to show ID there. Separating the two stations physically is the single best way to prevent underage service at a mixed-age event.
Yes. On Signature and Grand packages, pre-poured champagne or sparkling cider (adult vs. under-21 flutes labeled) is included for the brindis moment. We coordinate directly with the DJ or MC so the flutes are distributed on trays 5-10 minutes before the toast cue, and nobody is still in line at the bar when the quinceañera's father speaks.
Yes — bilingual EN/ES staff is standard on every La Barra Co. booking, not an upsell. The abuelos get greeted in Spanish, the under-21 cousins get the mocktail menu explained in English, nobody feels like a translator for their own family. Roughly 40% of our LA calendar is Latino family events.
Yes. On Signature and Grand, signature cocktail design is included and we match the color: Jamaica (hibiscus) for red/pink themes, blue curaçao palomas for blue/teal themes, horchata and tamarindo for warm palettes, white Russian for white/gold themes. The mocktail version mirrors the adult cocktail so the color photographs the same in both hands.
