Mobile bar, mixologists, branded cocktails and full-service beverage catering for LA corporate holiday parties, office Christmas events and year-end receptions. W-9 and compliance paperwork ready.
Every October, LA office managers rediscover the same math: a restaurant private room charges a 22% service fee, a hotel ballroom adds a $35-per-drink corkage, and the venue's "open bar package" quietly doubles the per-head cost before anyone has toasted anything. Bringing in a mobile bar flips that equation. Your company buys the alcohol at retail in its own name, we handle the bartending, glassware, mixers, ice and setup, and the venue markup disappears entirely. Finance teams see 40-60% savings on beverage line items. HR gets a party that actually feels like one.
The second reason companies book us for the holiday season is branding. A mobile bar lets us tie the drinks to the company — printed menu cards with your logo, color-matched signature cocktails for your brand palette, a custom glassware option, and a bar front that can be dressed to your event theme rather than the hotel's existing carpet. That's bar catering built around the company, not around a banquet contract.
Every corporate holiday party gets a printed, two-cocktail signature menu built from our seasonal list. Choose two signatures plus beer, wine and zero-proof options, or upgrade to a four-signature menu on the Standard and Large packages. All classics pour alongside — Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Margarita, Espresso Martini — if a guest asks off-menu.
Pricing is flat and all-inclusive. Your company buys the alcohol at retail (we build the shopping list and run it through your approved vendor); we provide the bartending, glassware, mixers, garnishes, ice, setup and breakdown.
The branding layer is where corporate holiday parties stop looking generic. On the Standard and Large packages we include printed menu cards with your logo and signature-cocktail descriptions at no additional charge. We can also color-match the cocktails themselves to your brand palette — a blue-tinted gin fizz for a fintech, a green-apple margarita for a sustainability team, a gold-rimmed Champagne cocktail for a year-end client reception. Custom printed glassware with your company mark is available as an add-on starting at $4 per guest with a two-week lead time.
Now through mid-October: safest. Nearly every Friday and Saturday in December is still open, and you have time to request a compliance paperwork, run the vendor through accounts payable, and get a PO issued without stress. This is the window to book.
Late October: limited availability. Fridays and Saturdays in the second and third week of December start locking down. Weeknights are still open. If your date is flexible, we can usually make it work.
November: hard to book. Expect weeknights only for mid-size parties. Thursdays in December are the last to go. By mid-November, December Saturdays are almost always closed.
December walk-ins: book 2027. We will not take a December Saturday booking in the final two weeks before Christmas unless it fits a specific gap. Office parties get planned too late every single year — this is the one piece of advice that saves the most money, because October bookings get our best mixologists at founding-client rates.
Internal links across our LA corporate coverage: our main corporate event bar service page handles non-holiday year-round client events and launches; our mobile bar Los Angeles hub covers the full LA County service area; and for individual office happy hours, see bartender for hire Los Angeles.

Yes. We provide written RBS and California ABC compliance documentation for your office building, venue or property management on request. Standard coverage is $1M per occurrence and California ABC compliance.
Deposits are refundable up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, the deposit converts to a credit toward a rescheduled date in the following 12 months. Within 7 days of the event, the full invoice is due; we do not resell holiday slots this close to Christmas.
October bookings are safest. By late October, Fridays and Saturdays in December are mostly gone. November is hard — weekday openings only. December walk-ins are a 2027 conversation. If you have a specific date, text us immediately for a live availability check.
