60, 100 and 150-glass champagne towers for Los Angeles weddings and corporate events. Setup, pour by an RBS-certified mixologist, cleanup — all included. The TikTok-ready pour moment, done safely.
Scroll any wedding hashtag on Instagram or TikTok and the pour moment appears every third video — bride and groom pouring a magnum down a stacked tower of coupes, the Pachelbel violin cuts out, the room cheers. It is the single most-shared wedding clip of 2026, and the ask has moved from "nice if we can" to "we want this" in a year. Our bookings for stand-alone champagne tower service tripled between Q1 and Q3. Beyond weddings, year-end corporate toasts and milestone birthdays now ask for a tower as the centerpiece — one defined moment that everyone photographs, instead of a diffuse cocktail hour.
What makes the tower work is simple: it is theatrical without being cheesy, it photographs beautifully from every angle, and the physical act of pouring is a role you can give to the host — the couple, the CEO, the birthday guest — in a way nothing else at the event can. Full-service bar catering companies have made it a signature add-on for exactly that reason.
You supply the sparkling wine at retail (we build the shopping list — see our dry hire explainer for how this works in California). Everything else is on us.
Custom tower sizes available — we've built 24-glass intimate towers for private dinners and 220-glass towers for large corporate galas. Any size, same per-glass logic.
Two ways to book: as an add-on to a mobile bar package, or as a standalone service for events where another vendor handles the bar.
As an add-on ($300-$800) attached to our Intimate ($795), Signature ($1,495) or Grand ($2,795) package — your bartending team stays the same, the mixologist leading the bar also pours the tower, and the only thing that changes is that one iconic moment gets added to the timeline.
Standalone from $995 if your venue has in-house bartending and you just want the tower moment delivered and poured. We arrive 60 minutes before the pour, set up, pour, break down and leave.
The two highest-impact timing slots we've worked across LA weddings and corporate events:
Immediately after the ceremony — guests have just watched the vows, emotions are high, phones are already out. We pre-set the tower during the ceremony itself, and the pour happens as the first thing guests see when they walk into cocktail hour. This is the slot that generates the most-shared video.
Right before the main toast — the best man or father-of-the-bride speech ends, the tower pour begins, and the full room has coupes in hand for the actual toast. For corporate year-end events, this is the slot that works best — CEO speaks, pour happens, everyone toasts in sync.
Avoid pouring during open cocktail hour when attention is scattered across the room. The moment works best when it is the moment, not one of several.
Every tower setup goes through venue sign-off before setup. We bring a professional protective underlay (a weighted mat with a non-slip base) that protects wood floors and marble surfaces from any splashback or glass contact. The base is leveled before we stack a single coupe. The mixologist tests the structure 30 minutes before guests arrive by setting the top glass and verifying balance. Our champagne coupes are specifically designed for stacking — wide base, controlled flare — rather than the narrow decorative coupes you buy at a wedding store. In over 100 tower pours, we have never had one tip. The physics works when the base is right.

Yes. We chill the bottles in ice baths behind the bar and pour fresh from a chilled magnum at the moment of the tower pour. The tower itself is poured and finished in under three minutes, so the champagne in the top glasses is still cold when guests take theirs. We do not pre-pour a tower and let it sit.
Yes. Prosecco is actually our most common choice because it pours more evenly through a tower, costs less, and most guests cannot tell the difference once there is strawberry garnish involved. Cava and rosé prosecco also work. Real French Champagne is available if the budget allows.
It will not. We bring a professional underlay, a leveled base, and the mixologist tests the tower structure 30 minutes before guests arrive. Our glasses are coupe-style with wide bases built specifically for stacking. In 100+ towers we have never had one tip; the design is physically stable once leveled.
The pour itself takes 90 seconds to 3 minutes depending on tower size. We recommend placing it immediately after the ceremony or right before the main toast — guests cluster, phones come out, and the clip travels. Avoid pouring during cocktail hour when attention is scattered; the moment works best when it is the moment.
Tell us the tower size and the date and you'll have a flat price the same day — plus the shopping list for the sparkling wine.
