Ten juice flavors, prosecco or champagne, mocktails for every guest, and a styled bar front that photographs beautifully. Full-service bar catering by RBS-certified mixologists.
Open Pinterest and type "bridal shower bar" — the first fifty pins are mimosa bars. Open Instagram and search the same thing — the Reels that get the most saves are the ten-flavor mimosa stations with pastel juice bottles and a hand-lettered sign. There is a reason the format exploded this year: it does three things no other brunch bar does at once. It gives every guest a drink built around her taste, it photographs like a magazine shoot without any effort from the hostess, and it includes the pregnant maid of honor without making her feel singled out. A mimosa bar is not a decor idea anymore; it is the format bridal showers now default to.
The practical reality of why we book so many of these: mimosa bars read as feminine, aesthetic and generous, but they are also the single easiest format for a hostess to pull off well. A full cocktail bar at a brunch asks guests to make a decision they are not awake enough to make. A mimosa bar asks a question anyone can answer — which juice? — and the pretty flutes do the rest. It is Instagram-ready beverage catering by design.
Our full list is ten fresh-pressed juices. The Intimate package picks six, the Signature picks all ten. Garnishes are included — berries, citrus wheels, fresh herbs, edible flowers in season.
Flat, all-inclusive. The hostess buys the sparkling wine at retail (we build the shopping list for you); we provide everything else.
Prosecco is the house default — it mixes beautifully with every juice, keeps cost reasonable, and nobody complains about the quality. Common upgrade paths from there: pink rosé prosecco for a blush-themed shower (adds visual contrast against the yellow juices), real French Champagne for a milestone shower where the budget allows, and a brut cava for guests who prefer a drier mimosa. We'll put all three on a tiered shopping list so you can decide at the store.
Every mimosa bar we build has a parallel non-alcoholic track. The base swap is simple — non-alcoholic sparkling wine or elderflower tonic water instead of prosecco — but the ritual is identical. Same flute, same juice choices, same garnish, same photo. Pregnant guests, teetotalers, designated drivers and the guests on a dry January all get the same experience. We've worked enough bridal showers to know this is the detail that gets remembered: the maid of honor who is seven months pregnant notices immediately when you've thought about her.
Mimosa bars travel light compared to a full-service bar, which means we can set up almost anywhere. The typical LA bridal shower locations we work: private homes with brunch for 20-40 (Brentwood, Pasadena, Encino), rented venues with brunch catering already in place (Vibiana morning rentals, Casa Rodriguez, Smoky Hollow), and outdoor patios (Malibu homes, Beverly Hills courtyards, Palos Verdes bluff properties). We also do rooftop brunches at DTLA residential buildings — those require a quick check with building management first.
Our full LA County mobile bar coverage is at mobile bar Los Angeles, and for brides planning the wedding itself, our main wedding bartender service page lays out the ceremony-to-reception coverage.
Six fresh juices on the Intimate package, ten on the Signature package. Our full juice list includes classic orange, pomegranate, mango, peach, grapefruit, elderflower, cucumber mint, strawberry basil, passion fruit, and watermelon-rosemary. Choose the ones you want on the printed menu card.
Yes. The default is prosecco because it mixes beautifully with every juice and keeps costs reasonable. Rosé prosecco is a popular upgrade for pink-themed showers, and real French Champagne is available at retail cost if the budget allows. Your host supplies the sparkling wine, we provide the setup and service.
Absolutely. Every mimosa bar includes a parallel non-alcoholic version with sparkling water, elderflower tonic or non-alcoholic sparkling wine as the base. Pregnant guests, teetotalers and guests who are driving get the same aesthetic flute and the same juice choices — nobody feels left out.
We arrive 90 minutes before the shower starts. Setup includes the bar front, aesthetic signage, chilled juice bottles in ice buckets, garnish station, flutes, and the printed menu card. Breakdown takes 45 minutes after service ends. You never see the logistics.
Tell us the date and the guest count and you will have a flat price the same day.
