Frozen or fresh, salt rim or Tajín, classic lime or spicy jalapeño — our mobile margarita cart rolls up to your Beverly Hills patio, East LA backyard or Culver City studio with everything a line of thirsty guests actually needs.
Scroll TikTok for ten minutes during wedding season and you will see it: a styled wooden cart under string lights, a bartender in a crisp white apron shaking fresh limes, a frozen slushie machine churning strawberry-pink behind her. The margarita cart is the single most Instagram-screenshotted bar setup on the LA event circuit right now — ahead of the espresso martini bar, ahead of the champagne tower, ahead of the "signature cocktail" sign nobody reads. It photographs better than a hotel bar, costs less than a cocktail hour upgrade, and gives guests something to do that is not scroll their phones between courses.
What we see in our LA bookings in 2026: a majority of our bridal showers and quinceañera previews now add a margarita cart on top of the standard bar. A growing slice of corporate holiday parties ask for it as the ice-breaker station because people who would not approach a full bar will take a frozen margarita the moment they walk in. And the single most requested flavor combination of 2026 is Classic Lime + Spicy Jalapeño — one for the pictures, one for the people who actually want to drink three.
The cart arrives fully kitted. There is no "machine only" line item and no equipment rental to chase down separately.
Dry-hire model: you buy the tequila and triple sec at retail in your name (materially cheaper than a caterer's bar package, unopened bottles returnable at most California stores). We bring everything else and leave with everything else.
Two flavors come standard in every package. Add a third for $75, a fourth for $125. Our bartenders can serve any combination frozen (slushie machine) or shaken fresh on the rocks from the same cart.
The margarita cart lives in the overlap between “guests want to drink” and “guests want to post about it.” In practice that is:
The margarita cart runs on the same three-tier pricing as the rest of our LA bookings. For a standalone cart event (just margaritas, no full bar), Intimate covers 30–60 guests. For a wedding or corporate event where the margarita cart is one of two stations, Signature or Grand includes the add-on.
Prefer to add just a margarita station to an existing booking? We offer the cart as an add-on from $200–$400 depending on guest count and flavor count — reach out and we will size it to the event.
Travel across Los Angeles County is included in the quote. These are the neighborhoods that fill most of our margarita cart calendar — if yours is not listed, text us anyway.
Both. We bring a commercial frozen slushie machine for the classic blended look, and our bartenders also hand-shake fresh margaritas on the rocks from the same cart. Most LA bookings choose two flavors — one frozen, one fresh — so guests get options.
The Intimate package covers 30–60 guests across 3 hours — roughly 150–200 pours. For larger events we scale up to the Signature or Grand package with multiple stations. We size the setup to guest count so nobody waits in line.
Yes. We take a 25% deposit to lock in the date, with the balance due the week of the event. Deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before the event and transferable to a new date within 12 months.
Yes — dry hire means you buy the tequila and triple sec at retail in your own name (materially cheaper than a caterer's package), and we bring the mix, machine, salt rims, glassware, garnish, and the RBS-certified bartender. We also offer zero-proof margaritas with the exact same flavor profile.
Peak LA wedding and bridal shower season (April through October) books out six to eight weeks ahead. Holiday weekends and Cinco de Mayo are gone two to three months out. For a weekday corporate fiesta or last-minute birthday, we can usually fit you in with 10–14 days notice.
Tell us the date, guest count and two flavors — we will come back with a real price the same day.
