Wineries pour beautifully and rarely pour spirits. That is the gap we fill — a full mobile bar that complements the estate's wine list instead of competing with it.
Outside the vineyards we work De Luz ranch properties, Old Town Temecula private events, Redhawk and Meadowview backyard celebrations, and corporate retreats at the valley's larger resorts. Anniversary parties, quinceañera receptions for adult family celebrations, and rehearsal dinners at the smaller tasting rooms round out the calendar.

Wine country weddings usually already have wine handled — so we build the bar around it. Two spirit-forward signature cocktails, a clean beer lane, and a bartender dedicated to keeping wine glasses moving during dinner service. Because most Temecula venues allow you to supply your own alcohol, the dry-hire model saves couples the most money here of anywhere we work: you buy at retail, return what you do not open, and pay us only for the people and the equipment. We coordinate directly with your venue coordinator on load-in windows and end-of-night curfews so nothing gets discovered the week of.
